Time Warner is starting to cap bandwidth. This is the dumbest, most backward idea I’ve heard in quite awhile. The story lists “clogged tubes” as one of its tags, and this made me laugh.
Why do companies like Time Warner have to be jerks to make money? They need to be like Google, which makes money by being awesome. My feeling is, if you’re not smart enough to make money by being awesome, you don’t deserve to have it.
