Yay! Kory finally got a car. I was amazed at how rested I felt this morning, since we didn’t have to wake up at the crack of dawn to get to work. There is a rooster that lives on our street and would usually crow around the time we were headed out to the car. But this morning I heard that sucker in my sleep and kept on dreaming.
I went to College Station a couple of weekends ago to hang out with the girls - Erin is engaged! That was lots of fun. And this weekend, Anne was able to come to Texas so it was another trip to College Station. It was very nice to see all my girls again.
The iPhone is doing quite well and got me out of a couple of map-, internet-, and email-related binds in CS.
This upcoming weekend is my conference in Rochester. I’m looking forward to going on a little vacation.
EDIT: Oh, and I almost forgot. We finally hung up our curtains, and you’d be amazed at the difference it made (well, that and vacuuming). The place actually looks like a house!
